Any blogger will tell you that one of the great joys of writing a blog is when you start getting traffic from all over the world. This blog does get a lot of traffic and we have had visitors from many countries all over the world (except Antarctica — you guys … you can’t be doing science ALL the time … come and visit … listen to some nice music).

Recently I have had many new, and now regular, visitors from Russia, who were clicking links on http://vk.com/tonybennettclub. Here is a picture from their page:

Even though I neither speak nor read Russian, I can easily see the love and respect for Tony Bennett that has gone into the creation and maintenance of The Tony Bennett Club. It’s the same kind of admiration of Tony Bennett’s talent and contributions to the world that fuels the work I do on this site.
