Songs from the album appeared later in other albums; this song wound up on some releases of I Wanna Be Around. Thankfully, On The Glory Road was released in 2011 as part of the Tony Bennett Complete Collection and is now available on iTunes as well.

Tony Bennett first recorded “Until I Met You” in 1962 for the album On The Glory Road which, sadly, was not released. It’s a terrific album with a lot of great songs on it, including the title song (which Bennett used to close his Carnegie Hall concert of the same year). “Until I Met You” was arranged by Ralph Sharon and features the Ralph Sharon Trio. Ernie Altschuler produced the album.
