“The Best is Yet to Come” was written in 1959 by Cy Coleman and Carolyn Leigh. This song is widely associated with Tony Bennett; some say that Coleman and Leigh wrote the song for him. Other great recordings include those by Frank Sinatra, Peggy Lee, Sarah Vaughan, Ella Fitzgerald and Blossom Dearie.
