Forty-seven years ago today, November 26, 1966, Tony Bennett recorded three songs, all arranged by Marion Evans: My Inamorta, Country Girl and today’s song of the day, What Makes It Happen. Today’s song is the question that the name of the album it appears on answers: Tony Makes It Happens! Ernie Altschuler produced the album, which was released in 1967.
“What Makes It Happen?,” as well as the album Tony Makes It Happen!, is available from iTunes.
I´m a devoted fan of Mr Bennett, and have had the great honor to saw his concert ,last october, at the Radio Music City Hall. Toni like Diamonds is forever!

I´m lucky to be there last october. my second great moment in life, the first was back in the early eities in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, when I´ve made one of my dreams comes true, I saw Sinatra concert at the Maracanã soccer stadium for an audience of 175.000 people. As long as I live I shall never forget this two great moments. “Memories” (the good ones) are made of this!.
